So I decided to try DCA since I had a Park Hopper. I quickly rode Maliboomer, when I heard Spalsh Mountain finally opened. So I ran all the way back, exchanged my fastpass... and had to still wait 15 minutes in the fast pass line. After finishing that ride, I just rode the rest of the little rides.
